Our Budget provides for free higher education, universal healthcare, an environmental fund triple the size of the U.S EPA, doubling low income housing and homeless support, and a five percent tax cut for all. Meanwhile, the Budget sacrifices nothing for its many improvements. It provides for all previous federal and state services and maintains a significant transition fund and carryover surplus.
